About Nadine

A brand builder who loves this industry

I've spent more than 20 years helping consumer brands grow: building teams, leading P&L growth, and using data-driven marketing to improve revenue quality and return on investment.

For 14 years I worked at Henkel Beauty Care in international and U.S. roles, leading brand and product development. That's where I learned how to scale beauty businesses with integrity: finding the white space in a market, launching and growing products, and building brands people trust. Most recently, I've been leading media and performance marketing teams, building a differentiated brand and scalable growth systems in a highly competitive market.

I was born and raised in Germany, and I've called Phoenix home for years. I hold a PhD in Business Administration (Dr. rer. pol.), University of Duisburg-Essen, and a Master of Science in Marketing and Finance.

Now I'm coming back to my passion: the place where beauty, health, and wellbeing meet. I believe the future of aesthetics is personalized and holistic. It brings together skin, metabolic health, hormone balance, and regenerative treatments that help clients look, feel, and function younger.

Options for owners

Your business, your choice

There's no one-size-fits-all answer, and you don't have to have it figured out. I'm open to:

01

A full sale

You're ready to step away or retire, and you want the business, your team, and your clients in a trusted pair of hands. We'll design a transition that respects what you've built.

02

A partial sale or strategic partner

Minority or majority: you'd like to take some chips off the table, share the load, or bring in a growth partner while you keep doing the work you love.

03

A future transition

You're not ready yet, maybe not for years, but you want to think ahead. I actually prefer to connect with owners long before a business ever goes to market.

I'm open to flexible, creative deal structures that fit your needs and timeline.

FAQ

Questions owners often ask

Are you a private equity firm or a broker?

No. I'm an individual buyer based in Phoenix. I'm not a private equity firm and not a middleman. When you talk to me, you're talking to the person who wants to own and grow your business.

Then who's behind you?

I'm the buyer and your point of contact. When a deal calls for it, I'm backed by an experienced deal team of acquirers and operators who help with structuring, financing, and diligence.

I'm not ready to sell. Should I still reach out?

Yes. Some of my favorite conversations are with owners who are years away from any decision. Planning early usually means more options and a smoother transition.

Do I have to sell 100%?

No. A full sale, a partial sale (minority or majority), or a strategic partnership are all on the table.

What happens to my team and my clients?

A great team and loyal clients are the reason a business like yours is valuable. My goal is to keep both and help them thrive. We'll plan any communication together, on your timing.

Are you a clinician? Who will oversee medical care?

I'm a business and brand builder, not a licensed medical provider. Clinical decisions belong with qualified licensed professionals and medical directors, and protecting that clinical quality and compliance is a priority for me.

Will I need to stay on after a sale?

It's flexible, and it really comes down to your goals. If you're essential to how the business runs today, or if a successor needs to be trained, we'll plan a transition period that fits. If you'd love to stay involved in a clinical or advisory role, we can talk about that too. We'll design it together.

How do you keep this confidential?

Our conversations are private. I'm happy to sign an NDA from our very first conversation, and I won't contact anyone in your business without your permission.

What size of business are you looking for?

Typically clinics with about $2M-$5M in annual revenue, healthy margins, and around 8 or more employees. If you're close, let's still talk.

Do you work with brokers, attorneys, and CPAs?

Absolutely. If you advise an owner who might be a fit, I'd welcome an introduction. I respect your role and your client's confidentiality.

Do you buy franchises or PE-backed businesses?

No. I'm focused on independent, founder-built businesses.
